Laveen, United States - UsaTrue to their word! If they can't unlock it you don't get charged. Just let them do their "magic" and before you know it they will email you and inform you on your status. I ran my iphone (SE 2016) first thru (clean) and came back telling me I had to send it thru (pro), didn't charge me. Yes (pro) is a little more, but worth it to me. A few days later got an email telling me my iphone was unlocked. That simple!
